The Hague (Netherlands) 1994, the gabber scene is alive! You have to choose which party you want to visit this weekend. Every week you go to your local record store to see which new records are available.
You see a new album with a great cover: Brothers In Crime – “Hallucinating”. On the cover is a baby with a middle finger. This baby will later become iconic for this then new record label: Babyboom Records, from Combined Forces.
Not much later, this record label also released a whole clothing line. Babyboom bomber jackets, long sleeves and T-shirts. The babyboom bomber jacket was neatly embroidered and the logo also changed. The baby now has two pistols instead of the middle finger.
In 2021 new clothes from Babyboom records became available. We from 100% Hardcore got the honor to create a merchandise line for Babyboom records. Of course we were really proud of this! We wanted to give this new clothing line an old school gabber touch.
Beautiful embroidered logos on the bomber and baby boom training jacket. The football t-shirt with beautiful woven trim. The pendants are also neatly finished. Are you going for the shorts or the long training pants?
Listen to a nice record released on this fantastic early hardcore record label, put on the baby boom football shirt and go crazy!!
