Terms of service

These are our general terms and conditions. Together with the references contained herein, these terms and conditions apply to every agreement that we, 100% Hardcore (registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 171 08604), enter into with you. By entering into an agreement with us, you agree that the most recent version of our general terms and conditions always applies.

ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCTS

We sell merchandise and other cool stuff.

ARTICLE 2 – REGISTRATION

In order to order a product, you must register for our service. For this you must provide us with personal data. You declare that you provide this information correctly and that you keep this information up to date. We take great care to protect your personal data (personal data). For more information, please refer to our privacy statement (as published on our website). Make sure that you only use strong passwords and that your passwords remain secret. You are responsible for protecting this data and any misuse of your account as a result of the loss of this data is at your own risk.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENTS

The (total) price of our Products is stated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service; Mollie is the payment service provider.
Any shipping costs are for your account.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

We will deliver your product to the address you provided. Once we have shipped your product, we can no longer change the address. PostNL is our fulfillment partner and handles the distribution of our products. When your product is shipped, we will give you a track & trace code, with which you can track your product. We commit to delivering products as quickly as possible. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email. We guarantee that a delivery will always take place within 30 days after our order confirmation. If we do not meet this guarantee, you have the option to (a) request an immediate refund of the purchase price for the product(s), or (b) request that we send a product that replaces the original product.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURNS

You can always return a product, provided you do so within 14 days of receipt (the "withdrawal period"). To return products, you can fill in the return form or send an email to webshop@100procenthardcore.com. After confirmation by us, you must return the product within 3 days. We will fully refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of your returned product.
The costs for return shipments are at your expense. During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You remove the packaging and use the product only to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep the product.

ARTICLE 6 – WARRANTY

We offer a 3-month warranty on all our products. If the products are damaged through normal use, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must send the defective product to us – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging. The shipping costs are at your expense.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

We are not liable for damage caused by your use of the product. However, we are liable for damage resulting from our intent or gross negligence. In any case, our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product that caused the damage.

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights (including: copyrights, word marks and trademarks) relating to our text, photos, videos or other materials are our property (or are used by us with the permission of the owners). You will refrain from any actions that may infringe these rights.

ARTICLE 9 – COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. Please submit your complaint as soon as possible by sending a detailed description to webshop@100procenthardcore.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible, but in any case within five working days. If it takes longer to process your complaint, you will receive a notification within five working days confirming that we have received your complaint, together with an indication of when we expect to respond. If we are unable to resolve a complaint between us, your complaint will be handled in accordance with the dispute section below.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory statutory provisions, all disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district of Amsterdam.
